Alium Innovation Fund
A Investment Fund which invests in private companies with a focus of Technology & Innovation companies. We prefer to be 1st institutional investor, investing alongside Founders and take a minority stake. We also invest in Secondaries in high quality companies. We work closely with Management Team's to grow and scale the business. Ultimately, our acceleration capital should lead to liquidity within a 5 year timeframe. This liquidity can be achieved either via M&A or a public offering. The focus of the Fund is Private investing (~60-70% of Fund), Secondaries (~20-30%) and listed companies (~10%).

An opportunity to leverage our extensive network of relationships to invest in a part of the market that is overlooked by larger funds whose growth in assets has limited their ability to generate alpha & liquidity in this space.
Backing Fast-Growing, High Margin Private Investments
Aim to access deals, both primary private & secondaries, which have been historically dominated by a combination of large family offices, PE/VC entities – hence creating a gap in the market for ALIUM. Offer larger sized investors in the fund the ability to co-invest opportunities.
